Required Tasks

Meetings shall be at least once every 9 weeks or equivalent grading period.
Set agendas and ensure that minutes are taken at every meeting and made available to the public on the school's website.
A Stakeholder Meeting Report of concerns, suggestions, and points raised is made available on the school's website, and forwarded to the Office of Accountability at the WVDE.
All Meetings must be open and announced to the public using the school's prefered mehod of communication.

2024 - 2025 Calendar

August
- August 12 - 30
  - Elect three teachers during Faculty Senate meetings
  - Elect two service personnel
  - Principal appoints three at-large members
September
- September 1
  - LSIC meetings with Low Performing (CSI) schools may vary throughout the school year. The minutes from the previous year must be submitted to the WVDE by September 1.
- Septermber 2 - 6
  - Provide meeting notice one week prior to Election Meeting
- September 9 - 13
  - Election meeting to elect three parents, guardians, or custodians
- September 15
  - Last date to have elections
- September 16 - 20
  - Provide organizational meeting notice five business days prior to meeting
- September 23 - 30
  - Orgnizational Meeting
  - Principal will provide LSIC training to members
October
- Recommended monthfor Stakeholder Meeting using WV Balanced Scorecared Data
- October 1
  - Last date to have Organizational Meeting
